Our checkin experience was horrible. The reception seems very careless and felt they are not interested to receive customers. Took too long to give us the keys and the management seriously lacks a sense of professionalism. Even after spending 7k for a single night the experience is worth only around 1k (what do you get in a cheap lodge. The reception people should take a beginners lesson on how to greet people and learn basic manners
